Rotherham Titans have added to their pre-season schedule with a blast from the past, as they head to Goldington Road on Saturday 20th August to take on old friends and rivals Bedford Blues (KO 1pm).
A familiar fixture between two traditional clubs; Titans and Bedford have met on 47 previous occasions, including the notable Premiership Play-Off double headers in 1998/99 and 1999/00.
Since a first encounter in December 1995, Blues have won 26 times to Titans 20, with one draw.
It will be the first time Bedford have faced Martin Jenkinson’s side since an away victory at Clifton Lane back in February 2018.
