Rotherham Titans can today announce the strengthening of their pack with the addition of back rower Adam Peters from Championship rivals Richmond RFC.
Peters, 22, proved himself a Championship performer last term as he made 18 appearances and scored three tries for the leafy London suburb side.
Prior to last season Adam spent 4 seasons with National One outfit Loughborough Students where he made 66 appearances and whilst at Loughborough he also played for Premiership Wasps ‘A’ team in the Aviva 'A' League.
Adam has also represented England at U16 level.
Born in High Wycombe, Peters is 6’ 4” tall and considers his best position to be Blindside Flanker.
Commenting on his move to Rotherham Adam said, “I was recently contacted by Andy Key and he shared his plans for the Club and the style of rugby that he wants to develop. From that conversation, it became clear to me that Rotherham Titans is a great place for me to continue to pursue my rugby career.
“This is an exciting new chapter for Titans and I am looking forward to joining a strong, competitive squad. It’s not long now until pre-season training and I can’t wait to get started!
“I thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic and successful season with Richmond RFU and I wish them all the very best for the future.”
