Rotherham Titans are pleased to announce that winger Jake Henry has agreed terms to remain at Clifton Lane for the up-coming 2017/18 Championship campaign.
Henry, 25, joined the Titans in the summer of 2016 from National One side Darlington Mowden Park, having previously played for Plymouth Albion in the Championship.
During his spell at Plymouth, Jake went out on loan to Clifton RFC for one season.
Henry was born in Brighton and played six games in his first season for Cardiff whilst studying at Cardiff University. He made his Cardiff debut against Aberavon in October 2011.
Jake has also played for England Students 7s; in fact Jake has enjoyed a successful 7s career having won the World Championship 7s for Great Britain and a bronze medal at the Student Olympics.
In his debut season for Rotherham last term, Jake stood out on several occasions as he caught the eye with his powerful performances out wide. His aggressive approach combined with his physical presence on the pitch make him a potent weapon for the South Yorkshire side.
In his 14 appearances for the club Jake has scored three tries and that’s a tally he’ll be planning on breaking this time around.
